Embroidery
Embroidery is hardwearing, versatile, and creates a high quality finished product. Embroidery is a great alternative to printing and is ideal when looking to create a professional look and feel. We use state of the art embroidery machines which feature the latest technology to enable us to create beautiful logos and images across a wide range of products. We ‘digitise’ your artwork and designs into a format that our embroidery machine can understand. We keep the digitised file on record so it can be used again for future orders. Screen Printing
Screen printing produces excellent quality, long-lasting results & value for money for bulk orders, for volumes from 10 to 10,000+ pieces. From a single colour to complex simulation prints, our screen printing services cover a huge selection of custom clothing options.
Screen printing is a printing technique where a mesh is used to transfer ink onto a substrate, except in areas made impermeable to the ink by a blocking stencil. A blade or squeegee is moved across the screen to fill the open mesh apertures with ink, and a reverse stroke then causes the screen to touch the substrate momentarily along a line of contact. This causes the ink to wet the substrate and be pulled out of the mesh apertures as the screen springs back after the blade has passed. One colour is printed at a time, so several screens need to be used to produce a multi-coloured image or design.
DecoPress
DecoPress emblems give your garments a real retail quality feel. Sometimes its the focal point on the garment with a left chest emblem or a patch on a cap, other times its a sleeve pip or back neck label to add the finishing touches to a traditionally branded garments.

Digital Transfer
Suitable for a small number of garments, where multicolour screen printing would be costly to setup. Also useful when fine-detail prints are required on garments/promo products.
The artwork is printed on to a vinyl media using a digital print machine. Artwork and logos can be cut to the outer edge of text and logo. Once printed in, application tape is applied, and individual transfers are cut out for heat pressing.

Pad Print
Pad printing is a versatile and efficient method for applying intricate designs and logos to various merchandise. This process uses a silicone pad to transfer ink from an etched plate onto the product's surface, accommodating different shapes and textures. Sublimation
Sublimation is a process by which sublimation dyes are printed onto a transfer medium with an inkjet printer. The dyes are then transferred from the medium to an object or garment fabric by a commercial heat press.
Sublimation only works on garments made of polyester. When the heat and pressure are applied, the dye on the transfer medium sublimates, and is then absorbed into the polyester itself. This is great for personalised team wear.
