3. Return unwanted items within 10 business days for a refund or exchange.
Returns & Refunds
You have 10 business days from the point the stock arrives to return to us for exchange or refund.
Please return any unwanted goods neatly folded in their original packaging supplied with bags and tags included, along with a clear note detailing your requirements (exchange / refunds) and a copy of the original paperwork or confirmation email. If refund is required, it is usually processed within 5-7 working days.
