Embroidery is hardwearing, versatile, and creates a high-quality finished product. Embroidery is an excellent way of branding bags, apparel, and other textile products. It offers higher perceived value and a depth of branding quality which other processes cannot match. Embroidery uses thread which is stitched into the product and has a slightly raised effect. We use state of the art embroidery machines which feature the latest technology to enable us to create beautiful logos and images across a wide range of products. We ‘digitise’ your artwork and designs into a format that our embroidery machine can understand. We keep the digitised file on record so it can be used again for future orders.

Advantages
  • Only one setup charge applies per position for up to 12 thread colours.

 

Limitations
  • Only approximate PMS colour matches are possible – the threads to be used are chosen from those available to give the closest possible match. See our thread colour chart for the colours available.
  • Metallic embroidery colours have special pricing.

Vector file formats: .eps, .ai, .cdr
Bitmap file formats: .psd, .png
All bitmap images must be over 300dpi.

With the embroidery we have to redraw the complete logo
regardless of the art provided.

  • Specify Madiera thread colours if you can.
  • If not, then PMS colours are the next best thing.
  • All lettering must be over 4mm high for legibility.
  • Indicate the size you would like the embroidery.
